Fresh pineapple in large chunks ( a handfull )

Half a fresh but ripe avocado

A small fresh cucumber

Fresh lemon or lime juice

A good handful of fresh cilantro

A good handful of baby spinach, or half a head of romaine lettuce you choose!

A chunk of fresh root ginger

Coconut water

Organic seed or pea protein powder (according to manufacturers instructions )

A little spirulina powder

Don’t fear this smoothies dark green colour & slightly mossy smell: spirulina is a form of micro-algae & is a super-healing detox ingredient.
