Absolutely delicious, loaded with health boosting fruit & veg & it will keep you full until lunchtime too!


2 x apples or pears (cored but skin left on) Berry Smoothie

1 or 2 carrots (washed but skin left on)

Fresh lemon juice & grated rind to taste

3 x fresh beetroot

3 x fresh courgettes or cucumbers (washed but skin on)

A large handful of your favorite berries such as: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries…

You may of course use good quality frozen berries here if you wish to.

1 x Avocado (not the skin)

1 x measure of organic seed protein powder (this will depend on the variety you have chosen & their recommendation)


Pop everything into the blender and blend until lovely and smooth…simple!
